Founded in 2001, Colibri Ridge Winery & Vineyard is a small family owned winery located on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada Foothills in the southern part of El Dorado County. The winery & vineyard is located high on a ridge top within the “Fair Play” American Viticultural Area (AVA). The free draining de-composed granite soils and the gentle afternoon breezes, combined with the abundance of warmth from the summer sun during the day, and cool nights produce the quality fruit that makes for full flavored wines. Today the Fair Play AVA consists of over twenty wineries and has become an attractive wine tasting destination.

The facility consists of one production building of 3600 sq. ft.  The crush pad measures 1500 sq ft.  The building is fully permitted and in very good condition.  A two stage chiller provides ample cooling capability.  Electric service is supplied through a 400 amp panel.
